So without my feeling any guilt at all I decided to take the morning off and we went for a walk along the beach at Ballybrannigan. I came to the conclusion that God is pretty good at the whole "Time Out" thing. He gave us this beach just to ourselves and the sound of the waves and the feel of the water on our toes did just the job to recharge the batteries.
